How the fees work: New members pay a one-time Toastmasters International registration fee of ₹3,500, plus the club membership fee of ₹10,500 for their first six-month term — ₹14,000 to begin. After that, everyone pays only the ₹10,500 club membership fee each six-month term. Terms run April–September and October–March. Join mid-term and we'll let you know the amount due for the remaining months.

What your dues include

The Pathways learning program. A structured online curriculum with a path chosen around your goals.
Regular speaking slots. Practice as often as you like, with real audiences and real feedback.
Mentoring. An experienced member helps you find your feet and set your goals.

Contests & events. Optional speech contests and events across the wider Toastmasters community.

How payment works

Membership runs in two six-month terms a year: April–September and October–March. If you join partway through a term, just ask and we'll tell you the amount due for the months remaining.

Do I have to pay to visit?

Guest visits are ₹200 each, capped at 2 visits. Come along, see how a meeting runs, and only join if it feels right for you.

What exactly do I pay as a new member?

Two things to start: a one-time Toastmasters International registration fee of ₹3,500, plus the club membership fee of ₹10,500 for your first six-month term — ₹14,000 in total. After that you only pay the ₹10,500 club fee each term.

Is the registration fee charged every time?

No. The ₹3,500 registration fee is a one-time payment when you first join. Existing members renewing their membership only pay the ₹10,500 club fee.

What if I join in the middle of a term?

How do I actually pay?

Once you decide to join, an officer will share the current amount and the accepted payment methods. The whole process is quick and we're happy to help at every step.
